Just some things you should know first before you deal with MEDA INC BHD

Also related to MEDA INC BHD is the ANDAMAN GROUP SDN BHD which is cited in news reports that it is developing /marketing this project:
COVA VILLA IN KOTA DAMANSARA

But according to official documents, the developer is PHARMA EXEL SDN BHD, also located at their MEDA INC BHD corporate office.

In the above companies, all the 3 brothers who are owners of MEDA INC BHD have substantial shares and management involvement. They also have substantial personal share holdings there. So, their style of management, culture, cash flow problems, history of very poor payment to suppliers and so on, are there.
